The sales tax quoted at checkout are an estimate.  The final amount is listed on your invoice and includes state and local taxes, as well as any other applicable fees. 

We do not charge sales tax on gift cards however, purchases made with a gift card may be subject to sales tax.  

SHIPPING TIMELINES

• If overnight shipping id selected for an order placed after 11
  
• A.M. ET, your package will ship the following day.  If the order is placed on Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.  
• There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if mailing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue.  Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2 - 5 business days of receipt.  

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

• If a package is undeliverable and returned to All in Heels, we are unable to re-ship it. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.

All orders received on weekdays after 11 A.M. EST, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
​Orders placed Monday - Friday before 11 A.M. EST will be processed the same business day. You will receive an email notification of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $75 before tax.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL | $9

• USPS First Class Mail usually arrives within 5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. 
• Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL | $12

• Priority Mail delivery usually arrives 3-4 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. 

UPS 2ND DAY AIR | $20

• UPS 2nd Day Air will usually arrive within 2 business days from the shipped date. Orders placed after 11 A.M. EST will process the following business day.
