The availability of a product is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "Available", "Advanced Sale", or "Out of Stock." Most products are In Stock and ready to ship. Available Jewelry Designs
All jewelry is made to order. Therefore, please allow up to two weeks for all orders to ship. The two weeks does not include the shipping time. The design process will begin as soon as your online purchase is completed. Products are shipped once payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Out of Stock Jewelry Designs
We identify an item as out of stock when we are in the process of sourcing materials. Please allow up to 4 weeks to complete your design. You will be notified on the status of your item via email. The four weeks does not include the shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Advance Sale Jewelry Designs
Advance Sale Jewelry designs are new designs in which we have created samples available for advanced purchase on our site. You will be notified on the status of your Advance Sale Jewelry design via email. Advance Sale Jewelry designs are shipped once we have completed the design process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Gemstone Availability
All in Heels® sources gemstones from all areas of the world. Due to the unique nature of the stones and materials used, from time to time a particular stone featured may not be available. In such case, you will be notified before your order is completed. You will have the option of selecting an alternate stone, selecting another jewelry design, or canceling the order.
